Accredited ASP Contact Last Audit Issued Date Expiration Date

There are no registered audit service providers at this time.

All Audit Service Provider (ASP) companies listed above are currently accredited by COS and can continue performing SEMS audits that are required by BSEE regulations (30 CFR 250.1920 and 250.1925), as well as for companies seeking a COS SEMS certificate. If the indicated expiration date for any ASP has passed, the ASP continues to be accredited due to the existence of special circumstances. Such circumstances have included that an ASP does not have a SEMS audit on their schedule for COS to witness within the normal time period, or other circumstances such as travel interruptions (e.g., hurricanes) or prohibitions on group meetings for public health concerns have delayed the SEMS audit. The COS’ Accreditation Management System allows an ASP to maintain their accreditation under such special circumstances while waiting for the witness auditing to be completed.

COS continues to monitor all ASP at all times. If an ASP decides not to continue their accreditation or COS suspends their accreditation, they will be removed from this table and the ASP will no longer be allowed to present themselves as accredited by COS or to conduct SEMS audits required for BSEE regulations. Additionally, the ASP will not be able to issue COS SEMS Certificates.

Please contact COS if you have any questions.
